Items you see in the shop are made to order. Please allow 1 to 2 weeks processing times during high-volume season (Nov-Jan).
Due to the custom nature of these projects all sales are final. If there is a defect/error with your product please contact the shop to arrange a possible replacement. Buyers may be responsible for additional shipping charges incurred. Please be sure to check the appropriate sizing as exchanges are not permitted due to sizing errors.
All products are handmade in my smoke-free, but pet friendly home studio.
Fabrics are pre-washed to avoid shrinking or colours running. A light scented detergent is used. Please be sure to wash all items prior to wearing.
Covid safety precautions are taken in the home studio. All work is done independently and there is no store front location.
Lettermail shipping is sometimes available for single item orders. This is a less expensive, but untracked an uninsured option. Please understand items shipped letter mail will not be provided with a tracking number and should the parcel go missing there will be no way to recall its location. Buyers who choose lettermail shipping understand this and are agreeing to the risk taken by the buyer in this discounted shipping option. Missing parcels will not be refunded. Should you require tracking please choose the next available shipping option.
Tracked Shipping- Ontario and rest of Canada
Please choose your region as either living in Ontario or living in the remainder of Canada. Orders that are shipping outside of Ontario but have chosen Ontario priced shipping will be contacted to pay the remainder of the difference. Tracked items will be provided a tracking number. Delivery times vary greatly across Canada but generally range from 2 to 7 business days. This option comes with $100 of insurance. Should you require additional insurance please contact the store prior to ordering.
